Lil Ninja builds coordination, control, and confidence through fun obstacle training. Kids jump, climb, swing, and balance in high-energy classes with guided skill progressions.

Ninja classes build strength, balance, and control as kids train on bars, walls, and mats. Each week brings new skills, from vaults to flow drills—perfect for kids who love to move and be challenged.

About Our Ninja Programs

Yes! In our Ninja classes, kids will not only run obstacle courses and build strength—they’ll also learn foundational tumbling skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. We incorporate basic gymnastics movements to improve body control, coordination, and safety, especially when using equipment like the trampoline, warped wall, and vault blocks. It’s the perfect blend of agility training and tumbling!

No prior experience is necessary to join our Ninja classes. 

The class will warm up for 10 minutes and have 1 rotation on the Ninja course and 1 rotation on the floor stations z

Students should bring a water bottle to class and wear athletic clothing that they can move well in
