Ready to master the back handspring? Join us for an exciting and intensive Back Handspring Clinic! This one hour workshop is designed for gymnasts aged 7 and older who want to enhance their back handspring skills, whether they’re just starting or looking to perfect their technique.

Our experienced coaches will provide personalized instruction and focused drills to improve strength, flexibility, and confidence. Participants will work on both foundational skills and advanced techniques, ensuring they leave with a clearer understanding of how to achieve and maintain proper form.
