Get ready to flex, build skills, and have a blast at our Muscle Mania Strength Clinic! This high-energy, one-hour clinic is designed to help young athletes grow stronger, more coordinated, and more confident without even realizing they’re conditioning.

Athletes will power through:

• Coordination-based obstacle courses that challenge balance, body control, and agility

• Strength-focused games that encourage teamwork and friendly competition

• Fun muscle-building rotations disguised as exciting challenges and activities

Our coaches make fitness FUN, so kids leave feeling proud, empowered, and excited to show off their new skills. Perfect for all levels—no experience required!
