Our Ninja classes are structured to keep kids moving, learning, and having fun! Each class begins with 10 minutes of warm-up to get their bodies ready for action. Then, they’ll spend 20 minutes on the ninja obstacle course, building agility, strength, and confidence as they climb, jump, and navigate through challenging stations. The final 20 minutes take place on the ninja floor area, where they’ll work on foundational tumbling skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. We also incorporate basic gymnastics movements using equipment like the trampoline, warped wall, and vault blocks to improve body control, coordination, and safety. It’s the perfect blend of obstacle training and tumbling!

Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothing—think t-shirts and shorts—that allows them to move freely. Please avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or snaps, as they can get caught on equipment. Closed-toe athletic shoes with non-slip soles are required for the ninja course, and long hair should be tied back. Don’t forget to pack a water bottle to keep them hydrated during class!
