This class teaches foundational tumbling skills with a focus on body control, strength, and safety. Students gain flexibility, coordination, and the confidence to move with control. Tumbling classes are perfect for gymnasts or cheerleaders who want to focus on their floor skills or for kids who just love to flip!
What you will learn?
- Basic skills: Rolls, cartwheels, round-offs
- Balance and strength: Handstands, walkovers (front and back)
- Power skills: Back handsprings
- Advanced tumbling: Front and back tucks
Frequently asked questions
No tumbling classes spend time on the floor and pit.
No prior tumbling experience is needed!
Students should bring a water bottle to class and wear athletic clothing that they can move well in.
Students will do a circuit based warm up to focus on foundation tumbling skills followed by structured rotations of 5-6 stations.
