Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Coaches evaluate the students throughout class and the evaluations can be viewed on the customer portal

No, our coaches are able to provide challenges and progressions for skills on each event

The class is 55 minutes long. The class starts with a 10 minute warm up followed by 20 minute rotations on two each events each class.

We can schedule an evaluation for your student to make sure we place them in the correct level

Students should bring a water bottle to class and wear athletic clothing that they can move well in

The student is ready to move up to the next level when they get 5 starts on all of their skills. The coach will give them a certificate in class!
