Take your handstands to the next level—on the beam! This Beam Handstand Clinic is designed for girls ages 5 and up who are ready to build confidence, control, and balance on a more narrow surface. Athletes will work on proper hand placement, body alignment, safe kick-ups, and controlled holds, all while learning drills and progressions specific to the balance beam. Our coaches create a supportive environment where gymnasts can safely challenge themselves and grow their skills.
