Build strength, confidence, and upside-down skills at our Handstand Clinic! This fun and focused clinic is perfect for girls ages 5 and up who want to learn or improve their handstands. Athletes will work on proper body alignment, kicking up with control, holding their handstand, and fun variations to challenge all skill levels. Our coaches will break down drills and techniques in a supportive, encouraging environment to help each gymnast progress at her own pace.
